Bills LB Casey Hampton signed to a one-year contract with the Steelers

Steelers LB Casey Hamon has signed a one year contract with Pittsburgh.

Hamon has been a member of the Steelers since 2012 and is in his first season with the team.

The 25-year-old was a fourth round pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2013 out of Western Michigan.

He made seven starts during the season with two starts coming in the playoffs and one start coming against the New England Patriots.

Hamons career started out with a solid rookie season with Pittsburgh, recording a team-leading nine sacks.

That season saw him start all 13 games, recording four sacks and four quarterback hurries.

Hamont was selected in the fifth round (178th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Steelers and signed as a free agent after his rookie season.
