A new home for our husband’s home has been put up for sale for $3.95 million.
The property is situated on the corner of North State and North Lake Streets in the heart of the city’s downtown area, with a 3,400-square-foot (2,900 square meters) house and 1,000 square feet (620 square meters ) of retail space.
In a press release, the owner, Michael Wachs, said that the home, located in the northwest part of the community, has “long been considered a prime location for our family’s future home.”
We want to preserve the historic building and make it available to our children for their future,” he said.
According to the listing, the property was purchased in July of 2017, with the purchase price set at $3,950,000.
It was originally constructed in 1907 as a two-story house and built in 1912 for $400,000, according to the seller.
Wacol was able to purchase the home in part because of the “dynamic market” in the area. “
This is one of the best things we’ve ever done in our lives,” he told ABC News.

He said he wanted to “offer our customers the opportunity to experience a city that is so beautiful and beautiful here, where you can walk, bike and run through the neighborhoods.”
“We’ve lived here for years, we’ve been in the city for decades, but this was our first time living in our home,” he added.
But there’s no word on when Wach’s home might reopen for residents to enjoy.
